Tonight a few friends and I went to a cooking demonstration/class. The menu included all chicken dishes. It was heavenly!! This is the pecan crusted chicken and garlic mashed potatoes.. YUM!! We had a blast.
I'm a full-time working mom! I have one son, Luke, in heaven and my beautiful little girl, Natalie. She's the joy of my life.
I'm a huge fan of photography and constantly have my camera in my hand, or with me! I rarely go anywhere without it.
This year I had a crazy idea to try to take a picture a day. What a great way to chronicle 2010! So, off I go!! Wish me luck.
Now I'm hungry!!
